Science Week at La Petite École Bangkok: A Week of Experiments and Discoveries
From March 9 to 13, La Petite École Bangkok came alive with the excitement of Science Week, transforming students into real little scientists for a few days. This event was marked by an exceptional collaboration with the Thales Group. The speakers, and especially Mrs. Jomme Duangjai, whom we warmly thank, offered the children a program of scientific activities that were rich, fun, and adapted to their age.
A Week Full of Discoveries
Throughout the week, students were able to discover, experiment, and explore the world of science through many interactive workshops. These special moments allowed them to develop their curiosity, ask questions, and better understand the world around them — all while having fun.
This year, the theme of Science Week was “What’s your question?”. We explored how colors mix and experimented together to observe the results. The children also investigated the principle of floating and sinking, as well as the meaning of the concepts “solid” and “liquid.”
Learning Through Play
To conclude the week, the students came to school in costume and had a lot of fun.
It was a colorful day filled with creativity, enthusiasm, and plenty of smiles!
